How to use:
Brush so you're ready to whiten.
Apply a thin layer of whitening gel, about 1ml in total to your mouth trays and spread it evenly
Insert the bottom tray first, then the top tray over the teeth
Use the small LED light, turn it on and place it under your lips (so you don't have to hold it)
Wear the trays for 20-30 minutes daily after a meal.
Alternatively, increase the treatment time to 40 minutes for better results or if needed depending on the colour you would like to achieve.
Ensure your gums are free from gel to minimize the possibility of irritation.
After treatment is complete rinse out the mouth trays and allow them to dry, refrigerate the syringes
